Cardio Barre


Cardio Barre® is a unique, high energy/no impact exercise class that combines barre work, resistance bands, resistance balls and lightweights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body. This class gives very few breaks and is fast paced, but sure to provide that workout burn!


All Levels

Barre-based classes use a variety of postures inspired by Ballet, Yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles). Isometric exercise are combined with small range-of-motion movements preformed in high reps. This class also incorporates light handheld weights to bring the burn during all those reps, as well as mats for targeted core work. Barre is great for all ages and fitness levels!

Hot Vinyassa

Refresh, restore, and rejuvenate in a hot vinyasa flow that is suitable for all levels of experience. This class offers students a playful, fun and motivating practice that will help you gain a stronger sense of body awareness and correct alignment. Flows are designed for all levels and more advanced poses are taught in stages so everyone can grow and challenge themselves in a safe way.

FUNdamental Yoga

FUNdamental yoga flow for beginners is a fun, inviting class designed to make yoga accessible to anyone who is curious. Your time will be spent breaking down sun salutations and other basic poses fundamental to starting a yoga practice. This class will build stamina, strength and flexibility all while having fun in the flow. Props and modifications are offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures.
